If you're looking for a great brunch spot in the Rochester area, I highly suggest Silo Brunch Bar. When I arrived, there were a ton of cars in the parking lot but to my surprise, there was not a wait to be seated at all. All of the workers were super, duper friendly and accommodating. I ordered the french toast with eggs and bacon as well as a mimosa. Everything was delicious! I plan on dining there again very, very soon!
Silo Brunch Bar is a fantastic and refreshing brunch spot in Greece - definitely not your grandma’s diner. Silo outshines any other brunch we’ve had in the Rochester area. Plenty of vegetarian options make it a win, and I can personally recommend the Veggie Omelet, Pancakes, and Caprese. My meat-loving daughter-in-law devoured the Silo Reuben and loved every bite. Bonus: If you need gluten-free bread, they’ve got you covered! For a brunch that’s anything but ordinary, Silo is a must-visit. Oh and the hashbrowns! Just bury me now! YUM!
Took the kids for a birthday breakfast witht the fam. Food and service was amazing! Bianca was our server, she was great with the kids and made sure we had everything we needed. Was a great first visit. This is definitely a new favorite breakfast stop.
Took the family of 8 with friends and kids for Saturday brunch. The food quality was largely fantastic just one thing to checkout better but the server did a great job of fixing. Server was on top of drink orders and empty dishes and helped make the experience even better. Definitely going again!
Located in the previous Distillery, the space has been transformed into a comfortable and cozier restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their entrees, especially the hash browns! My scrambled eggs were by far the tastiest I have had. I wish I knew their secret though I am certain fresh ingredients play no small role in the flavor. The server was kind and helpful with good knowledge of the menu. We were there early on a Sunday when there were only a few others there. We stayed a while and even when it started to get busy we never felt rushed (though we did leave quickly out of courtesy)
We had the best brunch here today. A quick outing with our infant. The food was great, the service was fast, and the cocktails were a treat! Can’t wait to come back.
I grabbed brunch here with friends on a snowy Saturday. It was our first time and it was such a nice place! The vibes, the space, and the food were all fantastic! We tried the S'mores Coffee (both plain and boozy) and a White Chocolate Latte. Our party ordered two of Smoked Corn Beef Hash along with the Silo Brunch Club and the Berry Patch French Toast. Everything was delicious! The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I will definitely be back!
Now open late for dinner. Dinner menu is the best in greece, prepared well, great selection and amazing taste!! Great breakfast spot! Drinks selections are delicious for mimosas and the food is excellent. Friendly servers and great atmosphere! Highly recommend!
